From the moment I arrived, I was enchanted by the unique Japanese themed garden, which provided a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The rooms are spacious, wonderfully decorated, and spotlessly clean, making it a truly cozy retreat. Each morning began with a delicious full English breakfast, offering great value for just £6 per person.

The gardens outside were charming and beautifully maintained.
Our experience at Pensalda Guest House was disappointing. The restrictions on bringing takeaway food back to our room felt excessive and unnecessary. Plus, the small size of the room and ensuite made it feel cramped, which was not what we expected.

A warm welcome was a highlight, despite the restrictions in place. The room was thoroughly cleaned each day, and coffee and tea facilities were replenished as needed. the Wifi connection was problematic, and the location behind a building site diminished the view. The small size of the room and the restrictions on bringing food were also disappointing aspects. it was a pleasant stay with some areas for improvement.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pensalda! The room was spotless and cozy, with a cute little garden to relax in. Breakfast options were plentiful, and the full English was delicious, just what was needed to kickstart a day at the beach. A lovely 10-minute walk to the town centre made exploring easy and enjoyable.
